Advocate
One of the primary functions of the UMCMA is to be advocates for United Methodist campus ministers and campus ministries. We do this though individually supporting our members and their institutions and we also advocate at the general church letter by sponsoring legislative changes to the Book of Discipline.We invite all of our members to submit legislative petitions to our 2011 Gathering to be considered for endorsement by UMCMA and submitted to the 2012 General Conference.
