To become a member of UMCMA if paying by check, please fill out the membership application form (right) then mail checks (made payable to UMCMA) to:

Membership Cycle runs from when you pay your dues to the end of the same month the next year. For example, if you pay your dues for a one-year membership on January 15th, 2020, your membership will be valid until January 31st, 2021. You will then receive an email reminder to continue your membership.
