Lift Every Voice

Check in monthly with this podcast for updates, creative prompts, interviews and more surrounding the upcoming Lift Every Voice 2022 gathering in Nashville, TN. Student musicians and creatives are invited to participate in the week of recording original congregational music enriching the worship life of the church. Songs will emerge from creative responses to lines from “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and will center the voices of BIPOC students and young adults. This event will be coordinated by Motor City Wesley in partnership with Tennessee State University Wesley Foundation, UMCMA, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, United Methodist Communications and more.
