GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR PACKAGE
COST: $2,000
Gold level sponsors will receive the following:
One reusable branded item in attendee bags.
Exhibitor Table throughout the conference.
Organization logo/link prominently featured on the official event webpage
The name of your organization is included in a targeted e-mail to all participants before or after the event.
Organization promotion through UMCMA social media channels
3-minute speaking opportunity to promote your organization at the end of one main session.
Up to two complimentary registrations
Named as official partner in all media and press releases.
We also are going to put your name on a month of resources from the conference during the following year. Do you have a preference in the month you would like to sponsor?
SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR PACKAGE
COST: $1,500
Silver level sponsors will receive the following:
One reusable branded item in attendee bags.
Exhibitor Table available throughout the conference.

An intro and a 2-minute video spot for your organization at the end of one main session.
Up to two complimentary registrations

BRONZE SPONSOR
COST: $750
Promoted as sponsor of snack break.
Branding and signage during one snack break as available (Sponsor provides signage)

90-second opportunity to promote your organization before snack break.

ATTENDEE BAG SPONSOR
COST: $350 + Reusable Bags [SOLD OUT!]
Each attendee will receive a bag filled with name badge, pens, promo items, and giveaways.
You get the exclusive right to provide bags to each attendee. The organization logo is subject to approval by the UMCMA Coordinating Committee Sponsor must supply the attendee bags.
Organization will be included on the UMCMA website resource page.
Exhibitor Table available throughout the conference.
Bags must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to the conference site in Durham, NC.
Total number of bags needed is estimated to be 150.
EXHIBIT SPACE
COST: $250
An Exhibitor is defined as one who is providing information about their organization, company, agency, etc.
Your booth will include a table, two chairs, and electricity.
Organization will be included on the UMCMA website resource page.
ATTENDEE BAG INSERTS
COST: $100
Advertise your organization through supplying your own branded, reusable item (pen, keychain, etc.) to be placed in each bag.
Organization will be included on the UMCMA website resource page.
Pieces must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to the conference site in Durham, NC.
Total number of pieces needed is estimated to be 150.
In our efforts to be more eco-friendly, we are requesting these items not be printed, paper materials.
PRESENCE ON SHARED SUPPORTER TABLE
COST: $100
Advertise your organization on a shared table with other supporters.
In recognition that your best option for advertising may be printed material, we are offering this option … limit of 50 pieces.
Organization will be included on the UMCMA website resource page.
Items must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to conference site in Durham, NC.
In our effort to be more eco-friendly, any unused items will be mailed back to your organization for you to reuse.

The Exhibitor sponsors will receive the following:

Named as an official Exhibitor sponsor anytime and anywhere exhibitors are mentioned on the Institute 2021 website, in newsletters, on social media, and during the conference.
ATTENDEE BOX INSERTS
COST: $100
Advertise your organization through supplying your own print piece, or small gift (pen, keychain, etc.) to be placed in each swag box. Availability is limited and on a first come basis. Print piece size and content is subject to approval by the UMCMA Institute Co-Com. Pieces must be shipped at sponsor’s expense to Institute 2021. Total number of pieces needed is estimated to be 150.

CANCELLATIONS
All sponsorships are non-refundable, except in the event of conference cancellation. Exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors who have registered are subject to the standard registration cancellation policies.
